The National Foundation of CPSR is a designed to meet the educational needs of insurance professionals in all segments of the industry, ie: Agency, Company, Risk Management.
CPSR Courses stress the understanding and analysis of risks and exposures and cover all phases of the Customer Service Representative's daily work, including Insuring Personal Residential Property, Insuring Personal Auto Exposures, Commercial Property Coverages, Commercial Casualty Insurance and Agency Operations.
Upon successful completion of the three to five optional examinations, students are awarded the CPSR designation.
